- All Rates are plus electricity. 90kw of electricity are included per stay, anything over $90KW per stay guest is responsible, and it will be charge to guest at check out. A charge of $5 pesos per kw will be assessed for consumption that exceeds 90kw per stay.
- Cleaning fee of $100USD will be add on each rental
- Extra cleaning service available upon request for an additional fee.
