- All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to 16% VAT.

- All Rates are plus electricity. 180kw of electricity are included per stay, anything over $180KW per stay guest is responsible, and it will be charge to guest at check out. A charge of $5 pesos per kw will be assessed for consumption that exceeds 180kw per stay.
- Cleaning Fee of $100USD will be added to all bookings/any rental
- Extra cleaning service available upon request for an additional fee.
