The unit features Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a laundry center, a spacious terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite recipes. It also includes 1.5 bathrooms, stocked with both bath and pool towels for your convenience.

Our guests will have access to the building’s amenities, located on the 7th floor. Two heated infinity pools are the main attraction, offering breathtaking views of the bay and the ocean. A fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room, and lounge area are among the other highlights of the rooftop level.

We are a smoke-free condominium; if any smoke odors are detected within the premises, a fine of USD 1,000 will be applied.
