Our brand NEW Villa is an architect designed luxury vacation rental located on Gringo Hill Sayulita, in a residential neighborhood of beautiful homes We are your perfect option for your stay in Sayulita!! whether a couple, bachelorette/bachelor group, family reunion, friends scape, a large group or just want to enjoy Sayulita.
Casa MISTIKA have a total of 8 bedrooms with 8 private bathrooms, all with a unique touch that make it different. At our CASA MISTIKA we keep working on our cleaning measures, we want our guests to feel safe and comfortable on your return to our little paradise!!
We count with self check in for your comfort BUT we are always available when you need us!! The upper floors contain a gorgeous 3 bdrm 3.5 bath penthouse with private dipping pool. The lower floors contain five 1 bedroom casitas with king size beds, private baths and kitchenettes. All rentals share the beautiful grounds, and large pool.
The 3 Bedroom + 3.5 Bath Penthouse has a soaring Palapa roof, fully equipped kitchen and living spaces, with elegant doors that you can slide all the way open to let in the breeze, or can completely close the space while still enjoying the stunning ocean views. All bedrooms are air conditioned, with ceiling fans, ensuite baths and closet space. The master suite has a bathtub an rainfall shower.
Common areas for guests to enjoy include a covered, open air TV and lounge space with comfortable seating, a salt water pool with waterfall, poolside bathroom, outdoor shower, BBQ area, sun deck, and a beautiful fire pit with circular seating. This will be a favorite spot to hang out at night in front of the fire.
Great for families, friends, bachelor/ bachelorette parties, getaways, private events, and more!!
Please note due to floating staircases and open balconies, Casa Las Palmas is not suitable for children.
IMPORTANT NOTE: *Our Villa Mistika is in a residential neighborhood. Silent hours are enforced after 11pm. A fee of $300us will be deducted from security deposit for violation.
Our Villa is just for our guests, no invites allowed.

- All rates are in USD tax included.

- All reservations will be charge $300USD cleaning fee
- Regular Maid service is providing every day. Excluding Sundays and Holidays. If your stay is 7 days or longer, housekeeping will change out your towels and linens once per week at no extra cost.
- Extra cleaning service available upon request for an additional fee.
- Non-smoking property. Avoid extra fees.
- Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
- Security deposit of $500 USD may apply.

This place was bigger and prettier than the photos lead on. I actually got engaged here and brought my entire family (both sides) and somehow it still felt like everyone was separate and private. The cleaning staff was incredible, Barbara was great, the chefs were great, and the entire property was clean. It’s right up the hill from town and worth every penny.

Where to begin! Barbara at Lat20 and I have been communicating for 11 months in preparation for renting out the beautiful Casa Mistika in Sayulita for my wedding party. I could not have picked a more beautiful home to host such a special group. Everyone was thrilled with their rooms and views. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s close enough to town and large enough that you don’t feel on top of one another. Barbara’s cleaning and maintenance staff, headed by Sandra, are exceptional. They were thorough and friendly and we loved their attention to detail. Barbara also recommended great transportation options which we used and loved as well. I would recommend anyone to use Lat20 for renting in the future.
