Our brand new architect designed luxury vacation rental “Casita MÍSTIKA #6” is located in Sayulita on Gringo Hill in a residential neighborhood of beautiful homes
The common areas for guests to enjoy include a covered, open air TV and lounge space with comfortable seating, salt water pool with waterfall, poolside bathroom, outdoor shower, BBQ area, sun deck, and a beautiful fire pit with circular seating.
Gated and secure complex, with parking and plug ins for golf carts

- All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to 16% VAT.
- Check in 3pm / Check out 11am
- Regular Maid service is providing every day. Excluding Sundays and Holidays. If your stay is 7 days or longer, housekeeping will change out your towels and linens once per week at no extra cost.
- Extra cleaning service available upon request for an additional fee.
- Non-smoking property. Avoid extra fees.
- Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
- Security deposit of $500 USD may apply.
- Please note due to floating staircases and open balconies, MISTIKA is not suitable for children. We accept families with children under consideration
- Our Villa Mistika is in a residential neighborhood. Silent hours are enforced after 11pm. A fee of $300us will be deducted from security deposit for violation.
