The first Guest bedroom has two queen beds and an adjoining walk-in closet and full bathroom for convenience. And the second Guest Bedroom have a cozy double bed.

Construction Notice: Playa del Carmen has quickly become a popular vacation hot spot and is experiencing a rapid growth to keep up with the demand for rental properties and real estate opportunities. In the street next to us they are building a new hotel. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during work hours, and may cause some noise.
