Construction Notice: Playa del Carmen has quickly become a popular vacation hot spot and is experiencing a rapid growth to keep up with the demand for rental properties and real estate opportunities. In the street next to us they are building a new hotel. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during work hours, and may cause some noise. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Playa del Carmen and surrounding areas. For more suggestions do not hesitate to contact us.

Rates Information
- All rates are in USD tax included.
- Check in 3:30pm / Check out 11am
- All reservations will be charge of $200 USD cleaning fee.
- Regular Maid service is providing every third day. Excluding Sundays and Holidays. If your stay is 7 days or longer, housekeeping will change out your towels and linens once per week at no extra cost.
- Extra cleaning service available upon request for an additional fee.
- Non-smoking condo. Avoid extra fees.
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. (including children under 12 & babies)

Luna Encantada is the perfect place to learn how to scuba dive. The dive boats leave right next door super conveiniant. G2 has been upgraded this year and was even better than the last vacation.
